We’re currently developing our own customized Discord bot for the community, with several features being built specifically to improve how users can contact and interact with our staff team.
Current Development
- Tickets: Completed
- ModMail: Currently in development
- Player Reports: Will be available through ModMail
- Private Cases: Users will be able to open cases for issues such as harassment or other concerns
- Staff Support: Moderators will be able to respond directly through DMs
