Hearts2Hearts Discord Servers Merge: Join the Community
Summary
Hearts2Hearts | Moonride Out now! announces a merge with another Hearts2Hearts server so members can connect in one community. Channels in this server will be locked as everyone moves to the new server, where a Nitro giveaway is planned.
Hey S2Us! If you haven't noticed, we've merged to another server, helping combine forces together! We've been in talks with another Hearts2Hearts server and realized it's in both server's best interest to work together as one, alongside eachother instead of being seperate.
Moving forward, channels will be locked as we'll all be focused on the other server to accomadate you all. Please make sure to join us over at Join on Discord (Refresh if it's still showing you the older server) and communicate with us and members over there.
In celebration of this, I'll be hosting a Nitro giveaway in the other server so make sure to stick around to join!
Thank you for the support you've all given us in the past few months, and I hope that we can give S2Us the community they deserve together 🤍
