Feedback & Upcoming Changes
Over the past few days, we’ve reviewed several suggestions and feedback points from the community. We want to be transparent about what will and will not be changing, and how we plan to improve moving forward.
Roles & Access
We’ve received suggestions regarding the distribution of roles such as Tester and Early Access.
↪ Going forward, these roles will only be obtainable through proper applications, as they are intended for specific use cases and responsibilities.
There were also concerns about Boosters receiving exclusive roles.
↪ This will not be changed. Boosters help directly support the game, and these roles are a way to recognize that support.
↪ If a boost is cancelled, the associated roles will be automatically removed.
Game Accuracy & Models
Another suggestion focused on improving the scientific accuracy of models.
↪ Existing models will not be reworked.
↪ However, all future models will be created with greater attention to realism and accuracy where possible.
Staff conduct
We’ve also received feedback regarding staff members not following server rules.
↪ This should never happen. Staff are expected to lead by example at all times.
↪ If you encounter an issue, please open a ticket immediately instead of ignoring it.
Moving Forward
We understand that feedback can be mixed and sometimes conflicting. While it’s not possible to satisfy every request, here are the concrete steps we’re taking to improve overall community experience:
Staff professionalism will be increased, this includes tone, behaviour, and communication.
Less joking around in official contexts, especially from moderators.
All staff interactions must remain polite and respectful.
↪ If this standard is not met, open a ticket, do not keep it to yourself.
Moderator applications will receive a full revamp to raise standards and expectations.
↪ Applications are currently closed due to the size of the existing team.
Clearer internal guidelines will be reinforced to ensure consistency across all staff members.
We appreciate everyone who took the time to provide feedback. Constructive criticism helps us improve, and we’re committed to making this community better for everyone.
If you have further concerns or suggestions, please use the proper channels so we can address them appropriately.
Any other forms will be declined/ignored as we don't need to read them yet.
