PING STAFF
1. People are arguing/breaking the rules
2. Raids/spam
3. Scams and bots
4. Anything that requires immediate staff interference
DON'T PING STAFF
1. Discord glitches and bugs
2. Your ticket hasn't been answered (We are already pinged in the ticket, someone will be with you as soon as they are available)
3. Asking for roles/xp
4. Issues regarding other staff (please open a ticket for this)
5. For fun
Please remember that we are humans with busy lives as most of us are in school and have jobs. We try to fix issues ASAP but constant pinging gets annoying especially when it isn't an emergency.
