NSFW Policy Update for Vampires 18+ Community
Summary
The server Vampires 18+ ⛧﹒Goths & Emos﹒⛧ announces stricter NSFW enforcement: keep adult topics in NSFW channels, require spoiler tags on nude images and limit NSFW spamming. It reminds members VCs follow the same expectations and asks members to open a ticket if DMs make them feel unsafe.
Hello vampires, vampettes... and others.
I've come to make an announcement regarding the NSFW general chat and one small thing of regular general chat. It has been noticed and because of this we have decided to enforce NSFW related things a little bit more. It's not anything major, but we feel this would help make things a little better for everyone to at least try.
We would like to keep NSFW topics in the NSFW channels. We know not everyone has access because they choose not to have the roles to see the NSFW channels, so this is in hopes to keep general chat less "naughty".
As for the NSFW general chat, the original goal was to have it as another hang out spot. So newbies that just verified in hopes that you'll get some action. This is not the place for that. Though we are not banning NSFW images and gifs entirely, from this point forward gifs and images that contain nudity are REQUIRED to have a spoiler tag. Spamming NSFW images are highly discouraged.
The whole point is to at least cut down on the perversion. We don't want new people coming in thinking we're a server that allows private self images or anything of the sort because that is not originally what that channel is for. This goes for VCs as well. Though you can make your own we still do our best to monitor them.
This is basically it.
On a semi-related note DMs are your business. They should always stay your business. It should not ever leak into the server. However; If you get yourself into a situation where you don't feel safe and you feel the person you're talking to is making you feel uncomfortable. Please open a ticket.
