Real time server structure overview. Have bot hate snapshot of the server categories / forums / channels and update an overview which will make it easy for members to navigate and see what is new. Whenever there is a new forum or channel have overview tag it for a week with (new) red tag.

Apparently, newly joined member can tag everyone when making a new post in apartments forum.

The current forum based approach is limiting. Try Category for general interest which contains forums regarding specific sub-interests.

example:

category: development.
forum: linux - each post is linux version specific discussion thread.
general disgussion thread (pinned).
thread: arch linux discussion.
thread: ubuntu linux discussion.
forum: linux ricing - showcase your linux rice with each post.
thread: general ricing discussion (pinned).

category: art
forum: galery discussion (pinned).

....

Some way for users to submit new forum request. Maybe some voting system as well. Custom bot? Is this whole category system overbearing?

Having apartments private and public tags is currently useless. Who ever made a thread should become owner of that "apartment" / "space". Specific UI / bot commands / interface to manage the usage of such space. Maybe even have a website for quick management since bots can be slow in general. Maybe combination of bot / website while bots have optimised binaries.

Have smaller self hosted AI classification models which will additionally check all images sent including profile pictures of anyone who joins as well as periodical checks on users pfps in case someone changed to something inappropriate.
