With that being said, we’re looking to bring on more moderators. We’d love for some of you to step up and earn that role—but first, here’s what we expect from our mods:

- Stay active in both VC and chat — help keep the server alive
- Be respectful, positive, and welcoming to all members (especially newcomers)
- Help keep the peace and handle conflicts maturely
- Enforce server rules fairly and consistently
- Be someone the community can trust and come to for help
- Stay engaged with events, game nights, and discussions
- Communicate with other mods and owners when issues come up
- Set a good example — your behavior reflects the server
- Cannot be a moderator in other servers — we need full focus and dedication here
