As many of you may have already heard, I, Manjiro Sano, Director of National Intelligence, will be serving as one of the main instructors for the upcoming Police Academy.
To all the new faces joining our ranks, we welcome you and hope that you give this academy 110%. This is your opportunity to prove yourselves and begin the journey toward becoming the officers that SinCity needs.
For those returning or retiring into new positions, I ask that you take this process seriously and come prepared. The academy will be strict, demanding, and rigorous, but it is designed to shape disciplined, professional, and capable officers.
We expect commitment, effort, and dedication from every recruit who walks through those doors.
