New Court System for Ban Appeals on .gg/normal

On .gg/normal weve added a court and voting system to handle past banned users and ban appeals. The announcement explains point-weighted votes for jury, friends, admins, and head admins, a judge role with override and admin command access, and commands like ,courtcase ,positive and ,negative to review cases and cast votes to reinstate members.
@Announcement ping Added a court/voting system for past banned users give me their users if you know they want to be unbanned and we can have a trial for them, jury gets 1 point for votes friends role 2 admins 3 head aminds 4 and everyone above 5, I can make someone have judge which gives them access to all admin commands for court system, override commands and can set peoples vote points per vote. do ,courtcase @user to view their court case and vote and ,postive @user or ,negative @user to vote, read through their case and vote if they're innocent or not and should be let back in the server.
