Bulgaria BGN to EUR Migration Update

This change means that after December 31, 2025, all transactions and balances will be in EUR, leading to the cancellation of open orders and the termination of BGN-denominated recurring buys. Consequently, BGN will be entirely removed as a supported payment currency.
