🛡️ OPEN POSITIONS

• Helper (Trial Staff): Focuses on assisting players in-game and on Discord, answering questions, and keeping chat clean and welcoming.

• Media & Outreach Specialist: Focuses directly on server promotion, content creation, and expanding our player base through authorized advertising channels.

📋 CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Staff History: Previous experience in server moderation, administration, or community management is highly preferred. You must understand basic moderation commands and how to handle player conflicts professionally.

• Outreach & Promotion: Ability to actively assist with server advertising. This includes creating content (TikToks, Shorts, YouTube videos) or distributing our official advertisements in authorized, approved public spaces.

• Maturity & Professionalism: Ability to remain calm, neutral, and respectful when dealing with difficult situations or rule-breakers.

• Activity: A consistent weekly availability to be active both in-game and within our Discord server.

⚙️ EXPECTED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor in-game and Discord chat to ensure all community guidelines are being followed.

• Assist players by answering questions, solving issues, and handling support tickets efficiently.

• Actively report bugs, exploits, and feedback directly to the Management team.

• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain server order and brainstorm community events.
