Public RP Forums Added — Star Wars Open Galaxy
Summary
Star Wars: Open Galaxy announces public RP forums for approved characters to start drop-in scenes in umbrella locations (eg Jedi Temple, Coruscant Lower Levels). Anyone can join ongoing IC scenes and post setting-matching threads. The update requests community input on planets and major public RP locations like cantinas, spaceports, markets, and outposts.
hey , i recently added some public rp forums to make it easier to jump into scenes without needing to create a custom location first.
if your character is approved, you’ll be able to see #public-rp-forums. These forums are meant to be open/public drop-in RP:
* Start a scene anytime, even if you're solo at first
* Anyone can hop in, as long as it fits what's already happening IC
* Each forum is an umbrella location (example: Jedi Temple = anywhere inside the Temple; Coruscant Lower Levels = any undercity spot; etc.)
* If you want to run a scene in that setting, just post it in the matching forum and do your thing
Now, the exciting bits
I ALSO want community input so that there are locations that actually match where people want to write.
That being said... what planets and major locations do you want as public RP umbrellas? (cantinas, spaceports, markets, military outposts, neutral hubs, etc.)
