🛡️ Important CIS Enforcement Update
CIS statuses now have real access consequences across the ISD Leads community.
Members with @Observed , @Warned , @Restricted and @Suspended status may have access limited across community chats, forums, networking, opportunities, events, economy/rewards, voice channels, and other trust-based areas. The exact restrictions depend on the severity of the CIS status.
Existing members who already held a CIS role have now been enrolled into the current CIS case system where eligible. These members can now review their status and use the normal appeal process.
If you have an active CIS status
Check the DM sent by the CIS Moderation Bot and use the Appeal button, or view your information with /cis profile and /cis restrictions.
If you believe the status is incorrect, outdated, or should be reduced, submit an appeal. Appeals are reviewed privately by authorized staff.
If an appeal reduces your CIS status, your access is recalculated automatically. If your status becomes CLEAR, the CIS restriction role is removed and your normal Member access is restored automatically.
If you cannot access your case or something appears incorrect, open a ticket in #☎️│contact-us
Do not ignore an active CIS status — it now directly affects your community access.
