RURP Staff Training Policy Update Proposal
Summary
The RURP | Realistic Union RP ๐บ๐ธ community is currently debating a proposal to restrict staff training duties to the Supervisor rank and above. This initiative aims to address concerns regarding inconsistent moderation and ensure that new administrators receive proper guidance. By elevating the training requirements, the server seeks to improve the overall quality of roleplay and reduce unnecessary disciplinary actions.
Recently, I am not saying it's for a wrong reason but I keep seeing people being banned for a long time so for example I have just seen a person been banned for 32d and someone 10d and I think there is alot more of that. And I am not accusing anybody but I think I could guess what group of people it could be. So I think the reason for some Jms not knowing basic stuff is down to the trainers. And again some new admins are great but some just need abit more guidance and I think doing this will make things even better.
