Close Tickets With Reason Reminder
Summary
In 🧳 ゛THECOURT 𓏼 #rvmp ⸺ #dj2l this announcement reminds members to use the Close With Reason option when closing tickets. It explains that closing with a reason populates the ticket logs and helps moderators understand why tickets were opened and resolved, improving community moderation and record keeping.
@꒱﹒Member sorry this is important IF you guys open a ticket and plan to close it yourself please click on the "close with reason" because when you close a ticket it goes to the ticket logs and I always put a reason to closing tickets so me and the mods know why said ticket was opened for. I already had two people do that it really helps if you CLOSE WITH REASON. Thank you and have a great day/night 🫶🏻
