Echo Community Update: Feedback Channels & Fix

Summary

Echo Community has added two new feedback channels: support-feedback and ticket-feedback, allowing both Visitor (Verified) and Non-Visitor (Unverified) members to share support and ticket system feedback. A fix was applied to the join-to-voice feature so the bot now auto-creates voice channels when joining. This improves feedback collection and voice channel reliability for the community.

Update

  • ❲📝❳┇support-feedback has been added. This allows both @👥・Visitor (Verify) and @👥・Non-Visitor (Unverified) to provide feedback regarding their experience with the support team.

  • ❲📝❳┇ticket-feedback has been added. Both @👥・Visitor (Verify) and @👥・Non-Visitor (Unverified) can now share their thoughts and suggestions regarding the ticket system.

Fix

  • The Join to https://discord.com/channels/1453252296921190493/1467902342396514488 has been fixed. @ProBot ✨ should now automatically create a new voice channel when you join.
