Echo Community Update: New Collab Role & Channels
Summary
In 🏰┇𝐸𝒸𝒽𝑜-𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝓉𝓎-𝐸𝓈𝓉-𝟤𝟘𝟤𝟧┇🏛 this announcement adds the Collab Members role for official partners, restricts partner ping posting so only Collab Members can post ads and links in the designated channel, creates a new Echo Team introduction channel, revises another channel for role updates, and adjusts community color roles for clarity.

- Channel https://discord.com/channels/1453252296921190493/1493473355502714920 has been updated: the @🤝 Partner ping role no longer has permission to send messages here. Now, only members holding the @🤜 ⟪Collab Members⟫ role may post advertisements and links in this channel.
- Channel https://discord.com/channels/1453252296921190493/1530393439932514414 has been created; all Echo Team members will introduce themselves in this channel.
- Channel https://discord.com/channels/1453252296921190493/1479347058757337128 will be revised again to reflect changes to roles that have been add , updated or removed.
