Echo Community Update: Role and Channel Changes

Summary

🏰┇𝐸𝒸𝒽𝑜-𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝓉𝓎-𝐸𝓈𝓉-𝟤𝟢𝟤𝟧┇🏛 announces role updates and multiple channel revisions with clearer information and updated topics. Ticket channel access remains restricted pending developer fixes, age restrictions were applied to adult channels, a feedback option for resolved tickets was added, and slowmode was enabled to improve moderation.

Updating

@Maya is still updating and fixing some commands, and will restrict staff and moderation commands so they can only be used by Echo Team members.
