~~ Before creating a ticket using @ModMail, please make sure that you have verified your Discord account on the ModMail website. This step is important because the ticket system requires a verified account to allow communication between you and our support team.
Also, please ensure that your message privacy settings are open for everyone so the ModMail bot can send and receive messages from you without any issues. If your privacy settings are closed, the system may not be able to deliver your ticket or responses from the support team.
Once your account is verified and your messages are open, you can create a ticket normally through @ModMail. After your ticket is created, please clearly explain your issue and provide full details so our team can understand your situation and assist you faster.
