There’s a scam going around where attackers impersonate legitimate or popular Discord communities.

How the scam works:
- You receive a DM claiming you’re being impersonated, reported, or about to be banned
- You’re told to join a Discord server to “check” or “verify”
- The server has a fake verification channel with a fake bot
- The bot asks you to log in or give your Discord password
- Once you do, your Discord account can be compromised

Important:
- Legitimate bots never ask for your Discord login details
- Scammers may create fake support servers pretending to be official
- Do not trust DMs that create panic or urgency
