Please be assured that this is not caused by any error, unauthorized changes, or security issue within our server. Our development team is currently carrying out regular updates and maintenance works to improve the overall performance, organization and features of the community server.
During this optimization process, some existing channels have been temporarily removed and recreated to ensure better stability and smoother user experience. As a direct result of this technical update, the system has automatically generated these temporary "unknown channels" as part of the backend process.
We want to clearly inform everyone that all of these channels are official ticket channels. They are specifically created for you to submit support requests, report issues, or ask for assistance from our team. There are no hidden or unused channels among these entries.
Our technical team is fully aware of this display issue and is actively working to clean up and resolve this matter completely as soon as possible. We will keep you updated once the issue has been fully fixed.
