We have some updates to share about our ticket system. From now on, we will not accept duplicate questions. If your question has already been answered at:

and you ask it again, we will not reply — and your ticket will be deleted. This is because we have been receiving far too many repeated enquiries.
You will not get in trouble for doing this once. However, if you keep sending the same question on the same day, you may be punished — and this could be permanent, depending on the situation.
