Mega Scizor Snow Team Feedback

Your mega is really confusing as well
Yeah, Milotic and Hydreigon are supposed to help with that

I guess I should explain what I'm thinking. My thinking with Mega Scizor is:
Scizor is super tanky in Aurora Veil
I can switch in after a good Mr. Rime Encore to set up with Swords Dance, and then sweep
Sweep how? With bullet punch?
Yep. Mega Scizor has 150 base attack. Swords Dance boosted Technician Boosted Bullet Punch is going to kill pretty much everything that doesn't resist it in one shot
Any fake out user will stop that
Yeah true, I have to time my protect correctly
Protect won't save it my guy
I mean, aside from fake out, there's not many priority moves right? Farigiraf/Tsareena is the other counter I can think of. There's Extreme Speed but it's going to tickle Scizor
I think Mega Scizor fits my team, I'm not sure what other mega you would use?

You just don't have it's support
And you don't have a solid answer for y zard sun
Your chosen mega has a glaring 4x weakness to fire

Your answers to fire are weak to the other most common mons in y zard teams
My Hydreigon can deal with Charizard Y, but otherwise yeah you're right
But can it stop other mons on the team?
My team can definitely deal with Venusaur, I have a lot of answers to that
What else do people run on zard teams?
Maybe I should go back to the drawing board to deal with Zar better
For starters, do you know how fast sun boosted chlorophyll venesaur is?
Nothing on my team outspeeds it, I'm hoping to kill it with priority ice shard
And that it runs sludge bomb and sleep powder
I just have Icy Wind on 2 Pokemon for speed control, it's not going to be enough to outspeed Venusaur in the Sun

Priority won't kill either
Prio moves are meant for dealing that bit of damage you need to either kill next turn in revenge or finish off a mon
I have to kill Venusaur with a combination of Ice Shard and Bullet Punch, or a well timed Icicle Crash might OHKO it, but it's harder to pull off
If I were playing you in sun
I would fake out and sleep powder the threat
Then finish with sludge bomb
Your entire team is weak to y zard
I think my weakness is Mega Scizor, it doesn't add anything to my team, it doesn't even cover for my fire weakness
So it becomes a weather control game to have a chance
Mr rime is good but not your best option either
I would swap for clefable
If Scizor is the mega you want to build around snow isn't your friend
I chose Mr. Rime for 3 reasons
1. It's super bulky in the snow with Ice Body
2. Encore can mess up a lot of pokemon, especially Whimsicott
3. need Icy Wind for speed control, since I'm not running TR or TW
Does it make sense?
Yeah I'm going to change Mega Scizor for another Mega first
I need something that counters Sun
- Clefable is super bulky in itself and has the same fake out and follow me to keep your mega alive or get aurora veil off safely
- Clefable also has encore
- Milotic has icy wind
Follow Me is not going to help me much against Charizard's Heat Wave though, and I think I need more than one pokemon with speec control, not just Milotic
Maybe something with Wide Guard?
Correct so you need an answer to y zard that is fast enough to ohko it and has access to a hard hitting ground move and doesn't falter in an ice team
I was gonna say Mega Emboar, it resist fire and can OHKO Charizard Y with Head Smash, but sadly it's weak to flyping
Maybe a certain Mon that also has access to tailwind
Mega Emboar also ignores chlorophyll with its mold breaker, I think?
And also has a mega 😉

It's also faster in tailwind

And also if I run Tailwind on Mega Aerodactyl, having 2 Icy Winds isn't necessary anymore

On Mega Dactyl, I can use Rockslide, Tailwind, Taunt, Protect?
Follow me flamethrower from hydregion also should remove the threat from venesaur
What about Fake Out Flamethrower?

But I would think venesaur would be a switch if clefable was already out follow me denies it attacking anyone but clefable
And gives you a chance to get hydregion in safely
I would run follow me, moon blast fake out protect on clefable
Losing encore kinda stinks though
Double check if clefable gets fake out as well
