Help Building a Garganacl VGC Team

I'm basically a complete novice in vgc and need help building a team. I've thrown some shit together but it kind of sucks. I'm extremely attatched to having garganacl on the team and quite attatched to having both a trick room and a tailwind mode, but the individual mons can change. I struggle a lot with beating archaludon rn.

Looking for sneasler or Palafin

Anyone kind to trade for sneasler as I currently haven’t bought the legends arceus game.

Will trade any pokemon you need that can be found in Scarlet and Legends ZA (except legendaries)

(For Palafin it’d be either trade or can I join your union circle in scarlet/violet so i could evolve my fenezin XD)

Best Partners for Mega Gengar in VGC

Rillaboom and the rain frog are such an obvious choice. And incin would make a fire water grass core and be incin. Gengar got sludge wave in gen 8 so I think oranguru or a steel type partner (mainly bronzong) would be nice to rip those off and counter trick room with imprison/instruct. But what is everyone else planning?

Mega Greninja Team Help and Defensive Tweaks

https://pokepast.es/0d6968f35269bbc4

I really like Mega Greninja as a diverse attack idea.
Altaria is there to clap hands for their partner, and I can't help but keep Cotton Guard on it in case it runs into Rock types.
Jolteon is a legacy biased pick, and I feel like a fool for not giving it Quick Attack, and Shadow Ball is just there for when T-Bolt just isn't as effective. Good T-Wave speed, though.
Excadrill is one I'm overall happy with, and I don't really want to risk EQ for instances when Altaria's not on the field.
I kinda prefer base Arcanine because Rock-type gives me too many scares on 4x damage situations, and I like my Arcanine to have Intimidate.
Gallade is there to back up battles where Greninja is unfavored.

I like these particular 'mons, but I can tell my battles in last night's Champions tournament were lost due to character, and not having everything I needed to stand my ground. Need something a little more defensive, and should be trying to control speed with things that aren't T-Wave. Any other advice/talking to would be greatly appreciated, and if I have to make some substitutions to better suit certain roles, so be it.

Sand Team Build Guide: Excadrill Tyranitar Ursaluna

Hi everyone, I want to build a sand team, and I know excadrill and tyranitar are the core for these often, but I also want to use Ursaluna. Is there a viable way to build around these three?

As I am new to competitive I am getting stuck around making this work… any tips? :)
