I cannot stress enough the importance of leaving your picks if you are offline!
Drafting should take a week or less, if everyone uses the full timer it would take 35 days. PLEASE DO NOT BE THE ONE THAT MAKES THIS TAKE LONGER FOR EVERYONE ELSE!!

Before we kick off the official draft league, I would like to give everyone a rough idea of what to expect for the draft.
The draft will begin with the first coach for each individual pod. You will choose your pokemon by either sending a picture/gif of the pokemon, along with text of their name, or alternatively just the text of their name. You can flair this however you would like, but the name must be included in your message.
Once you have drafted your pokemon, you will tag the next player on the list. This will begin their round timer. Please do not forget to tag the next player. Their timer does not start until they are notified.
Once the last player in the list has selected their pokemon, they must make an additional pick. After they have picked both pokemon, the list will reverse order. (14, 13, 12, etc.)
This will continue until all players have selected their pokemon. The draft will begin when I open the picks channels and @ the first player.
Each draft round is 6 hours. If you miss your draft round, your next draft timer will be reduced by half (3 hour timer). If you miss it again, it will reduce by an additional half (1.5 hour timer). If you miss it after that, I will remove you from the draft entirely.
If you are going to be offline, please leave your pick, as well as a backup pick or even two, with myself AND any other @Moderator or @Draft Judge that is not a member of your pod. This does not include me for the Pod D members. The league commissioner needs to be aware of all the picks being placed. I will be up front with you if I plan on drafting the pokemon you pick if my turn is before yours.
