The ChillHub Moderation Team is looking for a dedicated moderator to help manage the server, enforce rules fairly, and keep our community safe, respectful, and active.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Enforce server rules fairly and consistently
- Handle user reports and resolve conflicts calmly
- Keep chat safe, welcoming, and engaging
- Support community events when needed
📌 Requirements:
We value well-rounded moderators, not just rule-enforcers. The ideal candidate is:
- Active and responsible
- A clear, respectful communicator
- Fair, unbiased, and level-headed
- Familiar with our Moderation Policy and basic moderation practices
📌 MOD Hierarchy
- Head Moderator (HMOD) – Admin-level permissions
- Senior Moderator (SMOD) Full moderator permissions
- Moderator (MOD) – Timeout / mute only
- Trial Moderator (TMOD) – Under supervision, limited access
