Please do not add more balance to the bot than you actually need for your Chipotle order.
Your Chipotle bot balance should not be used like a long-term wallet or storage place for extra money. Please only deposit what you are planning to use for the order you are placing.
For example:
1 entrée = $5 balance needed
2 entrées = $10 balance needed
If you are ordering two entrées with one group link, only add the amount needed for those two entrées. If you are only ordering one entrée, only add what is needed for that one entrée.
Very important: If you currently have extra Chipotle balance left in the bot and you are not planning to order again today, please try to use that balance soon.
If something were to happen with the bot, provider, payment system, or anything outside of our control, we would always try our best to help and make things right, but we do not want members keeping large unused balances sitting in the system.
To avoid issues, please only deposit what you need and use any remaining Chipotle balance as soon as possible.
