Dex AM Official Moderator Recruitment Update

Selected candidates start as Trial Mods, with a period to demonstrate activity, follow staff guidelines, and handle responsibilities before becoming full moderators.
📢 MODERATOR RECRUITMENT
I’ve been busy getting everything ready to bring new mods into the server, but now it’s finally time! 👀
I’m not opening public mod applications because I’m pretty sure not many people would apply. Instead, I’ll be reaching out to members directly to see who’s interested.
If you’re 15+, already active in the server, and interested in becoming a mod, you can also reach out to me privately.
⚠️ Please be patient: Once the mod selection process is finished, it may take some time before you officially start working as a mod. I’m currently fixing and updating the mod guides so everyone understands exactly what they need to do.
🛡️ Trial Mod: Please note that if you accept the offer or are accepted as a moderator, you will first receive the Trial Mod role for a period of time. This allows us to see how you handle your responsibilities and whether you’re a good fit for the full Mod role.
During your trial, make sure you stay active, follow the staff guidelines, and take your responsibilities seriously.
Honestly, I don’t really like this method of choosing mods, so I hope that in the future we can change things and find a better way to handle moderator recruitment. ❤️
