Tokyo Jujutsu High Team Structure & Talent Scout
Summary
Tokyo Jujutsu High announces a server structure update splitting Higher Ups responsibilities by strengths such as moderation, creative appearance, technical management, and community activity. A new Talent Scout role recognizes members who help grow the community by inviting genuine active people. These changes aim to keep the server organized and support sustainable growth.
📢 Server Structure Update
To keep the server more organized and manageable as the community grows, some minor work distribution changes are being introduced within the Higher Ups team.
Responsibilities will now be handled more individually depending on each person’s strengths and areas of work, such as:
⚡ moderation
🎨 creative/server appearance
🛠️ technical management
💬 community activity
In addition, a new major community role has been introduced:
⚡ Talent Scout
The Talent Scout role will be given to members who actively help grow the community by inviting genuine and active people into the server.
This role is intended to recognize contribution and responsibility toward community growth rather than moderation authority.
More updates and improvements will continue to be added over time as Tokyo Jujutsu High grows.
