Staff Team Announcement
Hello everyone,
I want to be transparent with you all regarding the current state of the server and staff team.
Since the early stages of this community, I’ve been actively monitoring everything — including activity, behavior, and overall contribution. While I’ve seen a lot of positive effort and good members, I’ve also noticed some inconsistency, inactivity, and behavior that does not reflect the standards we want for this server.
Because of that, I will be doing a full staff review.
Starting tomorrow morning, all staff members will be evaluated based on their activity, responsibility, and behavior. After this review, inactive or underperforming staff will receive one of the following outcomes:
- Demotion to a lower staff role
- Removal from staff (and in some cases removal of all roles)
This is not personal toward anyone. It is simply to ensure that our staff team remains active, reliable, and capable of supporting the community properly.
If you are part of the staff team, consider this a final reminder to stay active and show your commitment.
