Hi! I was looking for some insight in how to improve my Mega Venusaur team. It is doing well, I just hit a 10 win streak, but I suffer a lot against sun + trick room teams, so in response I tried adding Mega Swampert and Pelipper.
What happened in the end is that I barely ever use them. Pelipper I can bring a little more, for wide guard, tailwind and to handle weather from other teams, but Mega Swampert I only used two or three times. It feels frail if not under the right conditions and it doesn't hit that hard if it isn't against the right opponent.
So I wanted suggestions of what I could put in their place. Something that can still help me overcome those annoying torkoal teams, but also be useful all around, if even possible.

If your struggling with Delphox teams I'd suggest using Incin as your win con in that MU. Incin is amazing into Delphox as it can't be hit hard by it.
About your TR mu, you should think about running Farig with Helping hand over protect. It's normally bulky enough to live hits and can make OHKO's on opponents Farigs
I'd personally remove just Swampert and see how Garchomp plays in its role. Then see what needs to be looked at.
Thanks for the tips! I'll test Farig with helping hand too, haven't thought about that. I need to get garchomp, either on a game or get lucky on the recruit, right now I removed Swampert and slotted mega tyranitar, but I'll try to get myself a garchomp.
