Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
3. Divide into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
4. Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil) in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook burgers for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
6. Add cheese during the last minute of cooking if desired.
7. Toast buns and assemble with your favorite toppings.

Makes 4 burgers.
