Chaos Energy Manipulation
Able to control and manifest the energy known as chaos energy. They can use this for various techniques that they may learn or witness as more common techniques, as well as unique ones of their own.

• Chaos Inspection
  With the focus of chaos energy if they possess a victim, they will pretty much be able to read the memories of wherever they posses. This process takes time and it can’t be sped up.

This technique also has another application where it can be used to analyze and even identify things or targets with an extreme amount of detail, though it won’t actually provide names it just provides the ability to identify and separate things far more easily than others. Unlike chaos since it cannot be active passively, it requires the user to focus on using it to obtain anything.

It can also allow one to learn how to use unidentified energies and even adapt various techniques to its own usage.

• Maddening Hand
  The user can use energy to force their presence into an individual’s energy to forcefully cause a chaotic anomaly to temporarily form and takeover the target, this requires intense focus and must be left uninterrupted for 3 turns where the target can constantly feel the pressure of this ability and even recognize the direction the user is in.

• Chaos Rift
  This is the ability that it uses to traverse into the space between dimensions and even enter other dimensions, quite often if not careful it can sometimes get very easily stuck outside of dimensions if it had too little energy stored within its mass.

It can also use this to warp itself through various locations like chaos warp, but it’s more so wasteful in terms of energy in comparison to chaos warp.

(Limited to permission, events, and rp related reasoning. It can’t be used as an attack and is purely for transportation.)

Malleable Energy Being
Most energies can be sensed or interacted with, if given enough exposure they can easily shift their bodies to use various types of energy. This also allows them to force themselves into victims in order to posses them.

But their abilities or personal techniques related to specific energies are completely locked unless there is some presidencies to still being able to replicate them..which will take time to figure out.

Anomalous Memory Shift
They can easily read the form they’re about to take, adapting to their personality and traits- but cannot form a physical body. The only forms that they can take are forms that are from the memories of people that surround them. They can also take the form of sir— while this does not remove the presence of their body’s energy but it can very easily make them absurdly more difficult to identify and locate and even isolate who Amy be able to hear, speak, or see them.

However a massive caveat to this ability is that most machines will be able to detect this energy, whatever their body may be made out, they will be able to find what is a effectively a cloud of this energy covering an area. Machines also don’t get to have any form to be seen of this enigma even if those that surround them perceive the user as someone they know.

The user sends out the spirit of their body, allowing them to travel anywhere outside of their body using their soul and be completely invisible while their physical body is left behind vulnerable. There is no sign when this is activated besides the user seemingly being unconscious. There soul cannot interact with anything but it also can’t be stopped by anything unless it’s within the incorporeal realm (it has to do something with souls.)

• Chaos Projection
  By using chaos energy the user’s horns will glow, allowing them to create an exact shape of themselves that acts as effectively an extension of themselves within the physical realm. This form is stopped by physical obstructions or anything within the physical realm but does not leave the user unconscious and even allows them to openly control this spiritual extension to attack, defend, or even assist themselves with their own movement. This is also allowed to use other techniques that the user has learned, but cannot use any unique techniques itself.

This cannot allow the user to fly, but they can jump off of this projection a total of 3 times and the projection has a total range of 150 ft.

Strengths:
Very strong, extremely durable, can climb up hazardous terrain with relative ease, extremely effective scout
Weaknesses:
Can very easily over rely on her power
the chaos projection can be destroyed which does drain the user
The astral projection as says leaves the body vulnerable, but it also ends when the body is attacked
Unfortunately they’re not the sharpest tool in the shed, they’re not wise

Backstory:
Capra has always been the type of person to use her head..literally. Though unlike most of her peers she— regularly went against protocols most recruits had to follow and ended up performing exceptionally well despite her immense disposition to regulations or protocols. Even some of those of higher rank than her who did attempt to straighten out this rebellious agent found that quite often, it was better to just let her do what she needed to do.

Always going straight for the objective and ignoring most of the risks unless it included hostages and even then sometimes she’d find her way to dive headfirst into the action! Besides that her achievements were— nothing short of noteworthy at most due to her sometimes erratic behavior.

Capra is actually the first person Erica had met since she arrived in Prime Mobius, she very often finds herself being confused with another person whenever she talks with Erica though, it usually confuses her quite a lot..

PA[It wasn't too long ago that tsunamis ravaged the coastline and GUN had to step in to protect this city, but things were still being washed ashore. Badniks were dispatched in the waves as a sifting crew, trying to find anything along the beach that might've been brought with the water from Angel Island and were ready to destroy any opposition to their effort. Sounds of battle could be heard as an unknown fighter was already on the scene, Abbi. She leaped into the air and fired her harpoons into the metal monstrosities while gliding over their attacks, only every other shot managing to take one out. She can keep it up, but if reinforcements came she would soon be overrun. Not to mention avoiding GUN's attention is usually for the best, so time is of the essence.]

Personal Techniques

• Overcharge Requisit: Chaos Synergy
  When used the user will gather energy and pour it into their partner, whenever they are connected to can also use this same technique. With the downside being that they cannot fight or defend themselves, only move out of the way of attacks.

Whenever is overcharged will receive a massive boost in terms of abilities and some of the downsides they usually face are reduced.

If the user is being overcharged, they have the same benefits but also now gain an additional charge of chaos energy per turn until overcharge ends.

• Duality Requisite: Chaos Synergy, the target not expecting it
  When used at any time, the target must make a roll and if they roll below a 14 the user will enforce their will upon them to take full command of them for 7 turns.

This lowers the roll requirement by 2 every use and once it fails the target becomes temporarily immune to all influence of this ability for the rest of the rp. The immunity resets after the rp ends.

Other notable traits: He Canonically does have a long tail, Think of like Murder drones, Specifically the disassembly drones. He also is a more..Pink?? More like a gold pink

Abilities / Skills:
He can use the tail to paralyze people, but only for a specific time, I’d say 3-4 minutes, give or take, if not, It’d be 10 seconds. he also has an illusion disc that Makes him look more organic, he also can hack into Computers and robots but he uses this as a LAST resort, If he does use it, He would only use it on Computers, never on people. He’s very agile on his feet, he can do anything a robot can do!

Weaknesses / Vulnerabilities:
He tends to Face things head on, So he tends to get hurt a lot, he also has a fragile stomach because he has an area on his stomach that has some sort of Lava that’s see-through. He also had emotional triggers, blind in his own volition and he can be hacked, also in his organic form, he is very fragile for his body, Specifically his legs, and neck.

Personality:
Calm, serious and he tends to think fast on his feet. The Shadow Androids seem to have all the physical capabilities of Shadow and can withstand more damage than the average Egg Pawn. They fire tracer missiles from their hands[4] (similar to how Shadow can launch Chaos Spears from his hands) and can defend themselves from physical attack by jumping and mimicking the Homing Attack, so the only way to defeat them is with a weapon or the Spin Dash.[5] The Shadow Androids seem to be the only enemies that Shadow encounters that are resistant to punches and kicks.

Shadow Androids can move at great speed, just like Shadow. The two variations of the Shadow Androids that look more like Shadow can use a variety of weapons, while the Metal Shadow Androids ones have unlimited ammunition in the form of bullets and explosive shells. However, the Metal Shadow Androids cannot pick up any weapons, as the weapon they use is merged into their arm, disabling the use to pick up another weapon. The Shadow Androids appear to talk identically to the real Shadow, unlike many other of Dr. Eggman's machines that are capable of speech like Metal Sonic, Mecha Sonic Mark II, E-123 Omega and E-102 Gamma.

They’re constantly on fire and can freely manipulate it, they’re also immune to fire. However..water is their worst nightmare as it’s extremely painful.

• Flame Sweep
  By swinging their tail they can send a wave of flames in an arc towards someone. Low damage, covers a wide area and sets things on fire.

• Fire Bolt
  Precise, concentrated shot of fire that does decent damage. Sets stuff on fire.

• Burst
  An explosive shot that has very short range and lots of damage, it’s an explosion so..no fire.
  This also gives her some momentum to use to her advantage.

• Tail Frag
  When her tail smashes into anything at its tip or is covered, it explodes. Both causing massive damage and sending whenever is nearby flying..including Skylar herself.

• Blow Torch
  Her most basically named ability..she uses her flames by condensing it into a cone, practically creating a blowtorch. That can be used to melt anything if she works at it hard enough or has enough flame charges stored.

• Absorption
  She can absorb fire to add to the overall strength of her attacks.
  (I’ll represent this as charges, each charge increases the attack gradually and every charge past 7 does damage to herself.)

Charges are gained based on the severity of a fire, this cannot be circumvented with constant flames as small insignificant flames cannot grant a charge,

Strengths:
* Immune to fire, can easily tolerate the heat of any location.
* Can stand near magma without much issue (she’s not immune to it, just resistant to the heat it produces)
* Benefits a lot from constant movement and building up fire around the area.

Weaknesses:
* Cannot touch water without extreme pain and fire being put out
* Stands out due to constantly being on fire, she cannot put it out herself.

Which leads to quite a bit of hilarity and frustration leading to a very..interesting reputation.

Why do you want this character?:
It’d be my first cannon character in a while and I thought about trying to test myself at least since I haven’t used a cannon character for rp for a minute.

Plus I’ve always enjoyed being the villain, I’ve never had a good chance to do it with most of my own characters so I thought “hey, why not use a real villain that won’t be changed so easily?” So, I’m here. Since..I missed out on some other REALLY good picks..

How do you view their personality?:
Considering his disposition Enerjak is a tyrannical megalomaniac that at most views people surronding him as nothing more than stepping stones in his ever eternal march towards godhood with the only other purpose for existing is to be his entertainment or to be his tool. He has no carnal or personal desires besides the ascension to infinite power, dominance over worlds and universes, he wouldn’t stop for just enough when he could have absolutely everything and if he couldn’t have it? It would no longer exist.

He is willing to go to just about any lengths not out of desperation but a sense of necessity to proclaim his dominance over the vile filth beneath him at every turn and demonstrate his almighty power.

Whilst they are incredibly intelligent, they would now suffer from their insanity blinding their judgement to a certain extent which comes out as primarily their sometimes (rare as of Dark Enerjak’s time) short temper and overwhelming arrogance. yes, and even with enerjak it’s required to at least hold back the character’s full capabilities when needed.

I don’t have many inspirations but in terms of combat or at least how they approach it in terms of personality? I want to try and adapt a form of Dragon Ball Z Broly with the level of confidence I’d like to display.

Why do you want this character?: as the owner, I feel I should own the main big bad villain who can not only manipulate reality, but also insta kill. He is mostly godlike and I don’t think I’d trust anybody else to handle him, as it would be my responsibly to make sure nobody else handles him irresponsibly.

Why do you want this character?:Ive loved Chaos as a character and his lore is incredibly interesting, plus I just enjoy playing as this goofy but angry guy

Why do you want this character?: she’s LITERALLY me. The fact that Archie managed to make a character that was me mobianized will always stun me. Not only do we share names, foxes has always been my spirit animal. As much as I like ravens, foxes were my thing as a kid. I was born with red hair (I dyed my hair black) and we both have blue eyes. We have the same outfit aesthetics and the same taste in men. I love Scourge as much as I love Fiona.

When I first found Fiona, I felt like I can finally say my name without feeling super weirded out by it. She has made me finally normalize my name personally. She’s genuinely a great character and people don’t see what she truly is.

She has a lot of tough and deep layers, not a lot of people actually know how she thinks. And her relationship with Scourge and Sonic. It’s very complicated. Oh, and she used to be apart of Mighty’s gang, she counts as a classic gang.
