BACKGROUND
Faction/group: Eggman Empire
Backstory: Born into a high-class family in Spagonia, Cecilia was used to having everything handed to her on a silver platter. Unfortunately, due to her lack of drive and growing fixation on gambling her parents money, she was booted from her luxurious life and forced to take up work. Seeing opportunity in the Eggman Empire (As well as a place to stay), she joined up and remained there ever since, creating a pair of hypnotic eyes to accommodate for her poor vision, and devoting herself to Robotnik’s cause as it benefited her lifestyle…
Extra: Earned her engineering degree at Spagonia University, and first witnessed the Empire when Professor Pickle was kidnapped.
