Powers/Abilities: He wasn't born with powers.
Strengths:
- Close Combat Skills.
- Range Combat Skills.
- Using the cyber tech that he made, for both defense and range combat. As it can throw lasers, make a force field (it only last three rp turns) and charge up beam attacks.
- He doesn't exactly fly but... his boots allow him to hover in the air for a speed boost or to travel around quicker.
- Inventing and repairing gadgets or other devices that may be similar to those.
Weaknesses:
- Hydrokinesis and Electrokinesis attacks are a big weakness. Especially for his tech, since they're not water proof. And the electric attacks could cause them to glitch.
- Overusing his tech could lead in glitches or worse. His tech might even malfunction or just shut off if he overuses it's power.
- If he's hovering in the air with his boots and there are strong winds... he got get thrown off or lead a direction that he wasn't originally heading towards to.

CHARACTER
Personality: He's a serious and silent guy most of the time. He takes his job seriously. He sometimes gets mistaken as a bad guy due to his strong attitude, however. He's also pretty sassy when provoked. But he is also quite sweet and hilarious when he's close to someone. He just doesn't show his sweeter side to those he doesn't trust. Yet his mindset is usually on having people's safety first.
Likes: Energy drinks, fruits & vegetables, respectful people, bright and glowy items, and bubbles.
Dislikes: People touching his tech (especially without permission/asking), rude people, being called names, junk food, dark colors on clothing, and getting dirty after having been clean.
Fears: Lightning, claustrophobia and dying by himself.

BACKGROUND
Faction/group: Individual (for now).

Backstory: Neon was born from a mixed species family. His father being a mink and his mother being a tenrec. However... when he turned 10, they found out that he didn't have powers. So they were trying their hardest to find another solution from the futuristic dimension he's from.

When he turned 16, he had discovered a passion of his. That being Inventing gadgets and devices to help others protect themselves, including himself. His first few gadgets failed however... But after all those failures, he finally succeeded. Having first created his own tech gadgets. Then making more for those other powerless mobians in his dimension.

Unfortunately... when he was 20- His father got killed in a battle that he didn't attend to. His mother opened a portal and had him leave to a safer place. Now... How did he end up here? He doesn't know himself but... he wants to give it a shot and try to help or protect as many people as possible.

Extra: The gadgets are his cyber bracelet and the bottom of his cyber-boots.
