POWER
Powers/Abilities:

• Kinetic Manipulation

• This character can manipulate the kinetic energy within an object, influencing its movement or gathering power from it. This also includes their opponents but it’s a gradual drain or increase in either scenario, not instantaneous. They can also build up this energy through attacks or defending against attacks.

• Chaos Energy Manip. [Abilities listed below use chaos energy, they don’t necessarily require artifacts. Just energy.]
  Wager

• The user activates this technique and makes an offer to their target, the target has to verbally accept the terms or shake their hand to complete the wager. Both parties now are required to follow the rules of their wager or else they automatically lose. The consequences for losing the wager are enforced by the chaos energy itself, wether that be taking damage or forcing the other to give up whatever they had offered for the wager that may be in their possession, it is fair to note that for the rest of the roleplay they or the user cannot go againts the wager’s power, once they have lost, it will force them to accept that lost until the next roleplay.

Risk Transmutation [Passively active, spends energy, must be announced when used]
- # Depending on the risk the user takes the user gains a boost in relation to it. This can go up infinitely but is only a momentary boost for 1 turn and is based on the attack thrown at them. This is basically an Omni boost. If they take a risk and fail to dodge successfully this is negated for that attack. [I have to roll a dice for it]

Emerald Gaze
- # When used the user’s eyes faintly glow for 12 turns allowing them the ability to perceive and process things far faster than normal. This also gives them the ability to cast their gaze a short distance away to see another perspective, it’s not very easy to detect due to how little this technique uses.

Strengths:
* Incapable of feeling fear..
* Highly resistant to poison
* Extremely tough to pierce or slash
* Can very easily get out of hand if someone does not remain vigilant
* Incredibly deceptive & Smart

Weaknesses:
* Incapable of feeling fear..
* Prone to losing temper
* Relies a lot on taking risks and making wagers
* Cannot gain any boons from items deemed worthless. (Based on an item, I’ll roll a dice for the strength of a given boon and let a mod decide what he gets)

Equipment:
* Fake Emerald
- # This can store chaos energy to be used, this can last for up to 30 turns depending on the techniques used, if they take a large amount of chaos energy the emerald usually runs dry faster..

CHARACTER
Personality: He’s a very simple man, always willing to take risks and very aware of what’s at stake. Though they aren’t very cautious and tend to dive into things headfirst, they’re very aware of what’s around them and are incredibly alert. They tend to always lean towards not trusting a person enough to consider as a friend or associate and instead keeps them as strangers.
