Powers/Abilities:
Chaos Energy Manipulation
Able to control and manifest the energy known as chaos energy. They can use this for various techniques that they may learn or witness as more common techniques, as well as unique ones of their own.
- Chaos Inspection
With the focus of chaos energy if they possess a victim, they will pretty much be able to read the memories of wherever they posses. This process takes time and it can’t be sped up.
This technique also has another application where it can be used to analyze and even identify things or targets with an extreme amount of detail, though it won’t actually provide names it just provides the ability to identify and separate things far more easily than others. Unlike chaos since it cannot be active passively, it requires the user to focus on using it to obtain anything.
It can also allow one to learn how to use unidentified energies and even adapt various techniques to its own usage.

Maddening Hand
The user can use energy to force their presence into an individual’s energy to forcefully cause a chaotic anomaly to temporarily form and takeover the target, this requires intense focus and must be left uninterrupted for 3 turns where the target can constantly feel the pressure of this ability and even recognize the direction the user is in. -
Chaos Rift
This is the ability that it uses to traverse into the space between dimensions and even enter other dimensions, quite often if not careful it can sometimes get very easily stuck outside of dimensions if it had too little energy stored within its mass.
It can also use this to warp itself through various locations like chaos warp, but it’s more so wasteful in terms of energy in comparison to chaos warp.

Malleable Energy Being
Most energies can be sensed or interacted with, if given enough exposure they can easily shift their bodies to use various types of energy. This also allows them to force themselves into victims in order to posses them.
But their abilities or personal techniques related to specific energies are completely locked unless there is some presidencies to still being able to replicate them..which will take time to figure out.
Anomalous Memory Shift
They can easily read the form they’re about to take, adapting to their personality and traits- but cannot form a physical body. The only forms that they can take are forms that are from the memories of people that surround them. They can also take the form of sir— while this does not remove the presence of their body’s energy but it can very easily make them absurdly more difficult to identify and locate and even isolate who Amy be able to hear, speak, or see them.
However a massive caveat to this ability is that most machines will be able to detect this energy, whatever their body may be made out, they will be able to find what is a effectively a cloud of this energy covering an area. Machines also don’t get to have any form to be seen of this enigma even if those that surround them perceive the user as someone they know.

Can only be hit with energy, physical attacks are useless.

Energy nullification can slow this being down, but never disable it entirely.
Robots or machinery can more easily detect where anomalous energies are moving and gathering, meaning they have an easier time trying to find this entity.
It has specific details of its body that it cannot remove, meaning it’s forced to hide them.

Personality:
A malevolent entity that cares nothing more than to find and obtain whatever it desires, often growing bored and going out of their way to torment or interrogate random individuals just for the hell of it. They get great pleasure from causing the total collapse of dimensions..
They have a strange obsession with absolute perfection.. they also hate losing, more often than not anything that may hurt their ego they will repay such injustice ten fold not because it’s a logical step, it’s simply that they have to. They’re incredibly impulsive..yet also quite wise, despite not being the most tactical they know their limitations and quite often plan most of their schemes in advanced.

A entity that manifested from the dimension Chaos Magnum a dimension where civilization had advanced an absurd amount, being created through unnatural means of an experiment he quickly surged out of control dominating his dimension, eventually crashing through it into the master emerald of his world where they would lay dormant for some time before— the Sonic of their world would call upon the power of the emeralds..which gave them the body they needed to finally break out of the dimension, of course, not without destroying it first..
Unfortunately the body never lasted long, as it couldn’t hold the form long enough to actually sustain his power manipulating it, though it was very likely that Sonic’s form of retaliation that had been going on for multiple years during Aeraphil’s parading through the multiverse..
