New Community Roles Coming to Pear Discord
Summary
The Pear server is launching a new initiative to introduce diverse community roles designed to recognize and reward valuable members. These roles will highlight those who assist others, participate in testnets, provide feedback, and engage in community games and Rumbles. By implementing these incentives, Pear aims to boost member motivation and foster a more active, collaborative environment for everyone.
Create more community roles to recognize different types of active and valuable members, especially Discord members. For example, add roles for people who regularly help other members, highly active community members, testnet participants, contributors who provide useful feedback, and members who actively participate in community games, Rumbles, and events. These roles could give members more motivation to stay active and contribute to the growth of the community.
