Dragon Adventures Update: Market and Auction Fixes

𓆟༺༻ The River Of Ezra ༺༻𓆝 shares a Dragon Adventures update with improved auction filters, price sorting, Player Market tooltips, and customizable 3D Dragonpedia models. It also fixes cosmetic traits and mailbox ownership limits, helping players browse, trade, and claim items more smoothly.

We've just restarted Dragon Adventures servers to change the following things:
- Fixed Stitched / Ghost Candles cosmetic traits not appearing
- Added "No Listings Found" labels indicating when a page has nothing to show in the Player Market + Dragon Auction UIs (Particularly useful In the dragon auction when you are applying filters)
- Filters in the dragon auction gui no longer require you to click an "Apply" button. They apply immediately upon selection, and now have an "Any" option at the top of each
- "Highest / Lowest Price" sort options in player market. This replaces the single "Price" sort we had before
- Only one dragon can be equipped in the Trade Island place now
- Tooltips have been added to the player market, making viewing items in it much easier.
- You can now view and customize the 3d model of any dragon in the Dragonpedia, regardless of whether or not you've inspected or owned one
- Removed City Project quests that were still showing up in game
- Fixed items in your mailbox counting towards your owned limits. This caused many users who purchased eggs to be unable to claim them, particularly if the amount they bought + whatever they actually had in their inventory was higher than the amount they are able to own.
