🌙 New in Hayaa: The Blocker

Alhamdulillah , our biggest update since launch is live on both stores. We're now on V2!

The Blocker: What is it?

A blocker built into Hayaa that keeps the apps and websites that pull you back closed always, or only during the schedules hours you create. You choose what goes on the list, and a bundled list of adult sites can be switched on in a single tap.

When something you blocked opens, you don't get a generic error. You're shown your "why" and redirected to help.

And for the weak moments, you have the option to lock it with a timer you have to wait out, or a passcode set by someone you trust and never shown to you. Adding to your blocked list is always allowed, it's undoing that waits.

Who it's for

Anyone whose hardest moments come with a phone in hand. If you've ever made a sincere intention in the morning and watched it fall apart at 1am, this is built for exactly that gap.

Everything in Hayaa until now helped you in the moment — SOS, the urge toolkit, partners, Rafiq and Rafiqa. This is the first feature that helps you before the moment ever arrives.

Salam . Hayaa has been live for almost a week now, and I want to be upfront about something:

This is V1. There are almost certainly bugs, crashes, and rough edges I haven't found yet. That's the nature of a first release.

🐞 Hit something broken? Lmk!!!

Post it in #〖🐞〗bug-reports: a crash, a button that does nothing, content that won't load, anything at all.

Helpful to include, if you can:
- What you were doing when it happened
- Your device (iPhone or Android)
- iOS/Android Version
- A screenshot if you caught one

Even just "the SOS screen froze on me" is genuinely useful. I read every single one.

💬 And your honest thoughts

Beyond bugs, I want to know what's working, what feels off, and what's missing. Constructive criticism is welcome and I'd much rather hear it than not, especially from you guys. I love you all and want this to serve you guys on your journey.

🚀 Hayaa — Submitted for Review

Salam . Big milestone today.

Hayaa has officially been submitted to both the App Store and Google Play for review. 🤲

Testing is wrapped, the builds are in, and the app is now in Apple and Google's hands Alhamdulillah.

⏳ What happens next

• Both platforms review the app (usually days, sometimes longer — timelines are out of my hands)
• If anything gets flagged, I fix it and resubmit
• The moment we're approved, you'll hear it here first
