Nocturnal 18 Server Update: New Channels & Boost

Nocturnal 18 announces a major update covering the first full channel and category restructure, webhooks added to rules, a new server banner and reaching Boost Level 2. New late-night fun channels like pokemon and music-room, a ticket support system, and a bumping network were added. The community has doubled in size, making these changes vital for smoother moderation and member engagement.

- People-count has doubled since launch!
