Rebirth Week 7 Sim: Rules & Team Penalties

Summary

โ˜ฌ ๐‘๐ž๐›๐ข๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿฎ | ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿณ โ˜ฌ shares Week 7 Sim reminders: schedule and play all games before cutoff, complete the mandatory active check, and submit all GOTW votes. Missing consecutive weeks, failing to schedule, or receiving two or more warnings can cost a team its place, so following the rules matters.
