Wipe Compensation Notice 🚮
Due to a duplication exploit that was discovered on the server, a wipe was necessary to ensure the exploit could no longer be abused.
We understand that some players may have lost items or progress because of the wipe.
If you lost something that you believe should be restored, open a ticket and provide:
What you lost
Approximately how much you had
How you obtained it
Any screenshots, videos, recordings, or other valid proof
A detailed and honest statement explaining what happened
Proof is strongly preferred. If you don't have screenshots or recordings, you may still submit a detailed statement, but staff will need to be able to reasonably verify your claim.
Please do not make fake claims or provide fake evidence. False claims, fabricated proof, or attempts to abuse the compensation system will result in your ticket being denied and will be given a 3 day ban.
Staff will review each ticket individually and determine whether the lost items can be verified and restored.
