This isn’t an announcement I wanted to have to make, but I’m hoping this hasn’t happened to anyone else.
It’s come to my attention that a former member/staff member has been borrowing money from people within the community.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with helping someone financially if you’re comfortable doing so. It simply shows that you’re kind and generous. 🖤
However, if you’ve lent money with an agreement that it would be paid back, please make sure you follow up and ensure you receive what you’re owed.
Please also be mindful when lending money online or to people you may not know particularly well. Your kindness shouldn’t leave you out of pocket.
