KMQ Update: New Play Modes and Fixes

* Added the /play clip game mode! Try to guess a song from a short clip, repeated up to 3 times
* /groups, /add, and /remove now accept Hangul names
* Bookmark and skip buttons now appear in multiple choice modes
* Fixed bug where Spotify playlists with podcasts would cause /playlist to break

- Improved randomization of songs for /shuffle (reverse)chronological
- Fixed bug where /advanced settings weren't saved correctly. Modifications to this setting have been reverted to defaults

- Want to increase/decrease the time between game rounds? Want to change the delay after someone guesses the song correctly? Added /advanced to fine tune advanced KMQ settings

- Added /play suddendeath. Everyone shares one life! If you can't guess the song in time, the game ends. No hints, no skips, no second chances. See /help play for more details.
- Fixed bug where first game of the day bonus would be lost if starting a game around midnight UTC
- Updated EXP curve to benefit guesses when /limit is over 10000 songs
