⚖️ Bleed Moderation Commands

These commands are for Custodians and authorized staff handling everyday member moderation in the Archives.

They cover warnings, timeouts, mutes, jails, bans, and reversals of those actions. Use them only when necessary, document significant actions, and follow the server’s moderation procedures.

⚠️ Warnings

,warn [member] [reason]

Warns a member and sends them the warning privately.

Requires: Manage Messages

,warnings [member]

Displays the warnings recorded for a member.

⏳ Timeouts

,timeout [member] [duration] [reason]

Applies Discord’s timeout feature to a member.

Requires: Moderate Members

,timeout list

Shows currently timed-out members.

,untimeout [member] [reason]

Removes an active timeout.

🔇 Mutes & Restrictions

,mute [member] [duration] [reason]

Mutes a member.

,unmute [member] [reason]

Removes a mute.

,imute [member] [reason]

Removes the member’s ability to attach files and embed links.

,iunmute [member] [reason]

Restores file and embed permissions.

,rmute [member] [reason]

Removes the ability to add reactions and use external emotes.

,runmute [member] [reason]

Restores reaction and external-emote permissions.

🔒 Jail

,jail [member] [duration] [reason]

Places a member into Bleed’s jail system.

,unjail [member] [reason]

Removes the member from jail.

,jaillist

Lists all currently jailed members.

🔨 Bans

,ban [member] [delete history] [reason]

Bans a member and optionally removes message history.

,tempban [member] [duration] [reason]

Temporarily bans a member.

,softban [member] [delete history] [reason]

Bans and then removes the member while deleting the configured message history.

,unban [user] [reason]

Removes a ban.

,ban recent

Displays Bleed’s recent-ban information.

Requires: Ban Members

🔨 Bans should be used for serious violations or situations covered by Archive policy. Record a clear reason whenever possible.
