lsrpfr Participation Rules Update
Summary
In lsrpfr the owner addresses low attendance and announces stricter participation rules. The server will add an availability channel and require members to join at least three sessions each week. Inactive members risk replacement as the community pushes for consistent roleplay engagement and fairness.
ALRIGHT LISTEN UP. I am extremely disappointed. The fact that we have 15 members and yet only 1 of them joined. What is insane to me is the fact that all of you claim they are here to roleplay, and yet i haven't seen, or heard from @david price @Aaron @Samantha Radford @Builder_man @Mouse @the designer @Bacon boi @Bryanlovejesus_15 or @dudesandwich27 yet. I am extremely disappointed in all of you. I get that some of you have lives and are busy a lot like jd and billy, but the fact that i know damn well that atleast 20% of this server, are unemployed bums or kids under the age of 16. ALL of the applications we get for EVERY department, all say that they are active 8 time out of 10. Which seems to me like that is some bullshit. You all are replaceable so if you arent going to roleplay here, get the fuck out. I am sick and tired of being a chill owner who gives leniency and gets taken advantage of. So from this moment on, we will have an availability channel where you have to participate in 3 sessions every week. Non negotiable. I am done treating everyone differently due to the fact you are all different people. If you can't meet our standards, you will be replaced. Jesus Christ people, help me out.
