⚠️ Business, Trading & Self-Promotion Disclaimer

This server allows members to promote themselves, connect with others, and offer help or advice when asked. As mods, we act as a civil moderator during the connection process only — meaning we may take reasonable steps to check that a member seems legit (consistent info, no obvious impersonation, no red flags) before helping connect them with another user.

Once two users are connected, everything moves to DMs and is fully out of our hands. This includes:

• Any transaction, payment, trade, commission, or exchange of goods/services.
• Any check-ins, follow-ups, quality control, deadlines, or delivery.
• Any advice given between members — including general (non-legal) guidance — is opinion only, not professional advice, and comes with no guarantee of accuracy or outcome.
• We do not receive, hold, process, or mediate any money on behalf of members, and we are not a party to any deal made.

What this means for liability:

• Our legitimacy check is a good-faith courtesy, not a guarantee. Passing it does not mean a user is verified, trustworthy, or safe to do business with long-term.
• The mod team is not liable for scams, unfinished work, non-payment, bad advice, miscommunication, or any dispute that happens in DMs after a connection is made.
• Doing business or exchanging advice with anyone here is entirely at your own risk. Vet people yourself, use secure payment methods, and don't send money or sensitive info based solely on our initial check.

What we still take seriously:

• Fake businesses, fake identities, impersonation, or misrepresenting who you are or what you offer.
• Scamming, attempting to scam, or exploiting the connection process to defraud members.
• Any confirmed scam or fake-user activity results in an immediate ban, no warnings.

Report suspicious activity to the mod team as soon as you notice it — before money or sensitive info changes hands.
