Kanzlership Term Limit Act
Elected Brucekanzlers get a term limit of 2 weeks per term. However, they may take an "administrative pause" if they must be absent from their position. In this case, the power is temporarily passed down to the party of their choice. Their term timer does not go down during this period unless they're' absent for longer than 2 weeks. In which case an election is held.

v# Brucekanzler Powers and Limitations
The Brucekanzler is the only elected position within the Brucian Supreme Leadership. He serves as the "middle point" between ordinary citizens and the higher-up command. Brucekanzlers serve a term of 2 weeks and may be re-elected infinitely.
Powers
The Brucekanzler holds the power to silence users, delete posts, and recommend soldiers for a promotion/award.
The Brucekanzler holds the power to give citizens first class citizenship. However, their decision may be overturned if the Brucemonarch or Feldbrucemarschall chooses so.
The Brucekanzler also holds the right to participate in the Brucian Supreme Court as a judge. Along with this legal power, he holds the right to propose "bills" to the Brucian Supreme Court. If passed, these bills act as laws which stay in effect until the Brucekanzler is unelected or resigns.
The Brucekanzler holds the right to put members of the Brucian Empire on trial. During these trials, they resign their ability to participate as a judge and act as a persecutor.
The Brucekanzler holds the power to appoint server-mandated humor.
Limitations
If the Brucekanzler is deemed to be abusive, incompetent, or a threat to Brucian sovereignty by both the Feldbrucemarschall and the Brucemonarch, they may force the Brucekanzler to resign from their position. In this case, an interim administration, chosen by the Brucemonarch, is set up until the end of the term.
If a Brucian senate is formed, the Brucesenate may do a vote of no confidence on the Brucekanzler. And, if it receives a majority vote of 75%, they may force the Brucekanzler to resign.
The Brucekanzler may not directly issue military promotions.
The Brucekanzler may not overturn decisions made by the Brucemonarch, Feldbrucemarschall, or Brucesenate without explicit consent given.
The Brucekanzler may not ban or kick users unless it is an urgent situation (such as someone spamming illegal content)
Brucekanzlership election guidelines
The party which receives the majority vote will have their representative elected as the Brucekanzler.
The voting period runs for 24 hours.
Parties are allowed to form coalitions PRIOR to the voting period. Any attempts to form a coalition after voting has begun will result in them being disqualified.
Parties are not allowed to pool votes into other parties during the voting period.
The Brucemonarch and Feldbrucemarschall hold the power to dismantle "supercoalitions". Those being coalitions which are deemed to have become so powerful they are guaranteed a victory every election with an overwhelming majority.
In the event of a tie, runoff elections will be hosted in which only the tied parties will participate. If another tie occurs, it will be deemed as the divine will of Bruce and a coalition government will be formed between the parties until the end of their term.
