Ten years. That's genuinely wild to say out loud. When I first built Toasty I never imagined it'd still be here a decade later, living in tens of thousands of servers, with all of you still using it every single day.

I'll be honest with you: life has pulled me in a lot of directions these past few years, and Toasty hasn't gotten the time it deserved. That's bothered me for a long time. The level step by step looks good, although I don't know what else you'd need to add. The other steps are also very well written and explained, and I appreciate that you gave links to the other step by steps for each one right under them. Going further, I like the effort you put into reassuring the game master and players as they read through this, especially the portions of step by steps for the areas of GM and house rules, and the inclusion of the ready made story right under the step by steps for the campaign/story making. Finally, I really appreciate the inclusion of the safety tools into this step by step; even though a GM might verbally explain such things as a standard of what is okay and what is not at the start of the game, the inclusion of a visual, written example can be great to point to if you have a particularly difficult or otherwise nasty player that keeps pushing people's boundaries.

The how to choose a setting is very well written and explained, especially if it's read by a new person to the subject of TTRPG's. One typo though: spookie in the subheading of character vs. supernatural under step 5 should be spooky. The species creation document is also well written, and would be easily followed and used by people interested in it. The first sentence for step 4 might need to be clarified, as I'm not sure what you meant by the words, "How do players interact with their species and/or class?" The class creation is also well written, and it was a fantastic idea to include the ability creation step by step there as well. The ability creation step by step is also easy to understand, and the breaking of things down into smaller steps certainly helps.
